No one likes waiting to see the doctor. To keep your wait to a minimum, appointments are required for all visits and for each child to be seen. If your doctor is behind schedule due to emergencies, you might be asked to see another physician who could see you without further delay. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so the appointment time may be used for another child.
When calling the office, please tell the receptionist the purpose and urgency of the call. All questions about illnesses will be referred to the nurse or physician, who, if not immediately available, will return your call as soon as possible. Calls after normal business hours should be limited to emergencies.
Due to the variety of services we offer, we are unable to quote exact fees for visits. Questions regarding our current fee schedule, accounts or insurance can be answered by calling our office Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We currently accept all private insurance plans, AllKids, TriCare Standard, and TriCare Prime. We are not Medicaid providers.
Co-pays for office visits are due at the time of service. We are required by your insurance company to collect a co-pay for each child at each visit.
While you are responsible for paying for the services we provide to your children, our insurance personnel will gladly assist you in anyway the can.
Please Note: The only acceptable forms of payment are Credit Card or Debit Cards as Cash and Checks are no longer accepted.
